Since 13th October 2003, all new leases granted for terms over 7 years or existing leases sold or assigned with 7 years left to run must now be registered with Land Registry. As part of the registration a compliant Lease Plan must be included.

Since our inception in 2004 Plan-London Ltd has produced floor plans for over 4000 properties, not only in London (as our name suggests!) but all over the UK.
